Five years ago today, I was lucky enough to marry the very best guy I know. He is brilliant, hilarious, thoughtful, athletic, caring, honest…. the list could go on and on. He is everything I am not and makes me a better person. We started dating when I was 17 years old, so really I have no idea who I would be without him. In the last five years we have changed jobs, started a business, started a family, bought a new home, grown into a minivan, and about a million other things too. Marriage is an amazing journey and I am so glad God picked me to be Brent’s partner. I am so proud of the man that he is, the amazing talent he has for photography and the way he cares for and loves our family.
Every time we are lucky enough to take part in a couple’s wedding day, I am reminded of the beautiful and challenging vows that make up a marriage and that I have a lifetime with Brent to keep up my end of the bargain. So, here is a little glimpse into our wedding day.
