Any time I want to try something a little on the crazy side, I love to enlist my family and friends. That way if this go a little differently than I expected, I know what to change and adjust next time. This time went even better than I had hoped!!
This winter I was so inspired by a blog post featuring a child paint session of Tout Petit Pixel in France. She posted a paint session that looked like so much fun, I was trying to figure out how to set it up! One thing I realized right away is that children a little older than my own would be necessary. (Imagine our one year old Charlotte eating the paint with our three year old, Austin, cheering her on while painting the walls and carpet….) Luckily I have an adorable niece and nephew who are the perfect age (2.5 and almost 5). We prepped them with the ‘rules’ and set them free. It was perfect. I am so excited to add this option for our older clients, but they will be on a very limited basis, so be sure to plan ahead!
