• Fill in your choices for the categories. On the left side of the form, fill in your favorite individual, for example, “Kristy”. On the right side of the form choose the business that individual is from, for example, “Kristy Photography.”
• At the bottom of the page, the form will ask for contact information. This must be completed for the vote to count.
• In order for your vote to count, make sure you vote for at least 25% of the categories. Otherwise, your vote will not count!
• E-mail us at kristyandbrent@kristyphotography.com and let us know that you voted. As a thank you for voting, you will then be entered into the drawing for a free portrait session!
• When you’re done, send this to a friend. You do not have to be a client to vote & be eligible for the drawing.
